I leased an Acadia from Reynolds GMC. Rudy was very professional. He took his time in explaining everything from various financing options to specific questions about operating the car. There are so many details with all of the new technology and Rudy addressed every one of them. Overall, the whole process was quite seamless. Dealer and sales reps are very helpful. Only reason they got 4 instead of 5(updated to 5 reason below) is the used car I got from them had to go directly into a dealership for warranty work after 250 driven miles from the dealership. The car had 23k miles on it and the battery went bad. Waiting on the dealership to tell me how long it will take to get it fixed. I will update this post as car info is reported to me.
Update. The car was still under factory warranty, my home dealer got a brand new battery installed.

Great friendly service with competitive pricing.
Very poor service, after having my car there for two weeks to fix an air condenser Ben said he would not do the work and I should pick up my car. Insurance had already sent payment and confirmation. I had to call insurance to cancel payment and find another place Will not go back there for anything including maintenance on my car

Reynolds has been servicing my truck since I bought it in 2015. I’ve had no issues and my experience has been nothing but positive.
I had a terrible experience in the past with a Dodge dealership which ended up being shut down, and the same experience with a Nissan dealership which was also shut down. Both were West Covina dealerships.

Jack at Reynolds Buick in West Covina always goes above and beyond to help my elderly widowed mother with any car repairs she needs. Most recently, she hit something on the freeway during heavy rain and was unsure what to do. She called Jack, and he immediately arranged for a tow truck, got her car inspected quickly, and ensured it was safe for her to continue driving. His quick thinking and problem-solving gave me so much comfort, especially since I couldn’t be there to help. Jack is truly a lifesaver, and I can’t recommend him enough!
