Rudy was great. Very quick to respond to any questions and helped me solidify the purchase before I even set foot on the dealership lot. Once I was there the whole transaction was done in 90 minutes including my test drive and inspection of the Vehicle. The Finance manager was no pressure with potential extra options and was great. This is one of the best dealership car purchases I've ever had in 25 years.

I would like to tell you my experience with Reynolds GMC’s sales manager, Chuck Rhodes he was a part of my buying experience by allowing a great discount to make the truck I purchased affordable. Two years after the sale he seen me in the service drive and asked a few questions. How is my family? How are you doing and how is the truck? I explained to him that the truck is in service for a part that on backorder and I’m gonna be without a truck for a long time. He told me let me see what I can do to try to help. The very next day, he explained to me that the part was indeed on backorder and it was going to be out for sometime, but he found a part out of town and he was going to send his parts guy to go get it. Long story short I got my truck back very quickly. I’m very impressed with Chuck Rhodes and how he got involved to make me happy customer after two years later after the sale. He is not only a great sales manager, but a really caring person. Reynolds GMC is very lucky to have a person like this working for them. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I’m very much thankful for him helping me out.

Changing my 1 Star Review to 5 Stars because of EARNIE! So, I got my oil changed with Reynolds back in March under a coupon. Even before I drove out of their lot my oil life was saying 98% instead of 100%. Even though the coupon included a car wash, tire rotation, and 27 point inspection. They did not wash my car and I barely got them to do the inspection. They couldn't rotate my tires because of their age. That's okay. My primary beef was with the oil change. When I crossed just a little above 5000 miles my oil said 0% life on a Fully Synthetic Oil Change, mind you. Yesterday, when I checked the dipstick it was bone dry. All alarming results! I called Reynolds this morning really upset and a little scared. Even if my oil needed changed, shouldn't there still be oil if they'd filled up my car? Josh transferred me to his supervisor Earnie. Earnie was attentive, compassionate, and really listened. He IMMEDIATELY got me in and made it right. When I drove off the lot my car was glistening like it was new. The oil life was at 100% and held the entire way home. He checked and topped off all of my fluids. Earnie told me he was a Mechanic for 20 years before he became a Supervisor. He put his Mechanic hat on today and Personally took care of me. There are no words to describe how grateful I am. Thank you so much Earnie. Seriously, you changed my mind and my review. I take my initial words back - Go To Them! They really honestly care, listen, and treat you like a human being and not just a wallet.

Good Success buying my Truck from this Dealership. Always look at the different packages available when purchasing any truck. This Dealership has a wide selection of trucks with all the different configerations so you are in good hands here. I found an advertised online price that they honored without a bunch of BS. Staff was easy to deal with , knowledgeable about their products and with no high pressure tatics. The finance guy was good and didnt try to get my to buy anything and everthing.
