Such a great experience!! Arrive a couple of days earlier to take a look at different trucks. Joe came out and greeted me. We chatted about what I was looking for and what vehicle options existed. We found the truck options I wanted but the color wasn’t in stock at the moment. He contacted me the next day and informed that the color I was looking for arrived with the options I wanted. I went by, test drove the truck and finalized the deal. I’m very happy with my new truck and the great service we received from Joe and the staff at the Reynolds dealership.

After a few months of wheeling & dealing with NUMEROUS So Cal GMC dealerships, we were able to lock in our GMC 1500 Elevation truck here. Worked with sales consultant, Louie Lamas from beginning to end. First an inquiry over the phone for an OTD, and because we aren't local to West Covina, numerous texts had to be exchanged over a few weeks and finally the text advising him we'd be in the see the truck because for what we were looking for, this seemed to be the best deal. Conversations were straight shots, unnecessary words were not exchanged...ultimately you need to feel satisfied and comfy with signing on the dotted line. Thanks Louie, Danny, Scott ..Reynolds GMC. They've been around since 1915 and seamless transactions like ours is my guess as to why.

Personnel at this location, Covina, are the best. The service team of Jack and Josh are 2 of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and personable people I have ever dealt with. This is the reason I stopped going to the Chino location, which is much closer to home, but for this service, it is worth the drive. Also, service with a smile, are the 2 young ladies; the young lady when paying for services, and the young lady that brought me my car. Thank you to all.

I have 2 vehicles within 2 years from same dealership. no mark up like other shaddy dealership and not to push of the stuff that you are not comfortable. Highly recomend this compare to other price gauging dealership. As usual my service advisor josh is amazing and never push for anything that is not needed.

Pooooor CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in for pulsing brakes. Was told needed rear brakes and all rotors needed to be turned. Why? All I kept hearing “Normal wear and tear “ with only 32,000 miles. Josh was only one talking to me. Not once did manager or anyone above him reach out to me. I asked him to have them call me. I was told they are too busy. Really! Ohh but when I spent over $90,000.00 on the new truck I couldn’t get them to stop promising rage world. Never ever buying from that dealer

Easiest car purchase to date

Easy and Quick Rudy and staff was amazing. 5 stars all day. Best deal. My local dealer couldent even come close. Worth the 3hr drive to save $8k.

Poor communication and work was not done on vehicle. I was not called on Friday before closing, as informed, service was closed on Saturday, so I was left without vehicle, unprepared, over the weekend. Car was therefore picked up Monday evening without being checked out or repaired.
