Jack at Reynolds Buick in West Covina always goes above and beyond to help my elderly widowed mother with any car repairs she needs. Most recently, she hit something on the freeway during heavy rain and was unsure what to do. She called Jack, and he immediately arranged for a tow truck, got her car inspected quickly, and ensured it was safe for her to continue driving. His quick thinking and problem-solving gave me so much comfort, especially since I couldn’t be there to help. Jack is truly a lifesaver, and I can’t recommend him enough!

Such a great experience!! Arrive a couple of days earlier to take a look at different trucks. Joe came out and greeted me. We chatted about what I was looking for and what vehicle options existed. Unlike other dealers, the service department answered the phone on the first try, and their welcoming voice made scheduling an appointment quick and easy. Personnel at this location, Covina, are the best. The service team of Jack and Josh are 2 of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and personable people I have ever dealt with. This is the reason I stopped going to the Chino location, which is much closer to home, but for this service, it is worth the drive. Also, service with a smile, are the 2 young ladies; the young lady when paying for services, and the young lady that brought me my car. Thank you to all.

I have 2 vehicles within 2 years from same dealership. no mark up like other shaddy dealership and not to push of the stuff that you are not comfortable. Highly recomend this compare to other price gauging dealership. As usual my service advisor josh is amazing and never push for anything that is not needed.

Great interactions. Only ask: you sell us a package deal. All items involved with said interval of oil change should be included in said oil change and customer shouldn’t be upsold on something else.

Pooooor CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in for pulsing brakes. Was told needed rear brakes and all rotors needed to be turned. Why? All I kept hearing “Normal wear and tear “ with only 32,000 miles. Josh was only one talking to me. Not once did manager or anyone above him reach out to me. I asked him to have them call me. I was told they are too busy. Really! Ohh but when I spent over $90,000.00 on the new truck I couldn’t get them to stop promising rage world. Never ever buying from that dealer

Easiest car purchase to date
Easy and Quick Rudy and staff was amazing. 5 stars all day. Best deal. My local dealer couldent even come close. Worth the 3hr drive to save $8k.
Poor communication and work was not done on vehicle. I was not called on Friday before closing, as informed, service was closed on Saturday, so I was left without vehicle, unprepared, over the weekend. Car was therefore picked up Monday evening without being checked out or repaired.
The service here is good! I will continue to service my truck at this location.
Rudy was great. Very quick to respond to any questions and helped me solidify the purchase before I even set foot on the dealership lot. Once I was there the whole transaction was done in 90 minutes including my test drive and inspection of the Vehicle. The Finance manager was no pressure with potential extra options and was great. This is one of the best dealership car purchases I've ever had in 25 years.

Changing my 1 Star Review to 5 Stars because of EARNIE! So, I got my oil changed with Reynolds back in March under a coupon. Even before I drove out of their lot my oil life was saying 98% instead of 100%. Even though the coupon included a car wash, tire rotation, and 27 point inspection. They did not wash my car and I barely got them to do the inspection. They couldn't rotate my tires because of their age. That's okay. My primary beef was with the oil change. Good Success buying my Truck from this Dealership. Always look at the different packages available when purchasing any truck. This Dealership has a wide selection of trucks with all the different configerations so you are in good hands here. I found an advertised online price that they honored without a bunch of BS. As smooth and straightforward a car buying experience as one could hope for. From our first contact with Rudy, the manager of Internet sales, we enjoyed his open no nonsense demeanor. He made the process easy and enjoyable, no feeling of having to remain on guard. Then interacting with Garrett to complete the documents signing portion was quick and efficient. I came in for my oil change appointment and was immediately treated with kindness. All of the employees went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, the men at the desk were incredibly hardworking and attentive, and the cash receipts clerk was the kindest young lady I had ever met. The service was quick, efficient, my car was sooo clean and I was offered the 3 oil change package which I accepted because it was such a great deal!
